Psychotherapy
Personalized psychotherapy approaches are used to address underlying concerns, such as grief, trauma, relational issues, and more. Available for individuals, couples, and families.

It takes a lot of bravery to seek support for your mental health, and I strive to honor this courage in each of my patients. My experience in a wide range of psychiatric settings over the years has shown me time and again how important it is to collaborate with clients and draw on their strengths.
I am a double board-certified child, adolescent, & adult psychiatrist whose approach seeks a holistic understanding of the person to arrive at an effective treatment for immediate management and especially long-term results, with conservative reliance on medications.

Complete Intake Paperwork
Fill out initial paperwork which includes patient history, current concerns, and office policies. This will be done through your Luminello patient portal.
Begin Services
Your first session will be a 2-hour intake. This will include an in-depth discussion, evaluation, and creation of your treatment plan.
